At Bonny Gems, we respect that you want your order(s) delivered as soon as possible. If we had our way, we'd beam them to you this instant! When ordering from overseas this can take longer, please bear this in mind for time sensitive occasions. It's rare, but there can also be a delay due to customs or weather conditions. This is why we give you free shipping on all of our products.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts, Processing time and Shipping time.
Processing time: All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and the postal service (from whichever country) then process the orders, which takes 2–5 days.
Shipping time: US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 to 18 days to arrive at their destination.
Returns/Refunds/Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your Bonny Gems purchase. Any problem you encounter, we promise to do everything we can to resolve to the best we can.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t refund or exchange your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
E-mail: bonny@bonnygems.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will then issue an RMA#. Without an RMA#, we cannot accept a return.
Important: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

As you will be responsible for shipping costs, it is recommended shipping USPS with a tracking number.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your method of payment.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email to bonny@bonnygems.com.
